What I’ve become:
A lawyer. This also has a lot to do with communication, but this is subject to professional confidentiality. I successfully completed my law studies at the Westphalian Wilhelms-Universität zu Münster in 2010. I then completed my Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia, and then successfully passed my 2nd state examination in law. I have been living and working in Switzerland since 2015. First, I worked as in-house counsel in an internationally operating industrial group based in Zug. I have been working as a lawyer at Pontinova AG since 2017. I advise our clients primarily in the area of banking & finance, with a particular focus on fintech, blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Another specialty of mine is advising private clients on questions of German income, inheritance and foreign tax law. In addition, I support our clients in all aspects of commercial and corporate law.
